winzirph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winzirph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winzirph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your continued use of the winzirph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
